The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust (AFCFT) and the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity (麻豆色情片) have partnered with Kids to offer the opportunity for RN parents and carers in families or households where there is neurodiversity, to take back some time for themselves.
鈥楴urturing Anchors鈥 is an online course facilitated by other parents and people with lived experience. It鈥檚 about meeting others and taking care of yourself so you can stay anchored in the ever-changing seas around neurodiversity.

Commitment: Every Thursday for 12 weeks, 7pm - 9pm
Delivery: Online, Group-based workshops.
